This is probably the most important question I've asked on here... (Petroleum Engineering)?

I'm enrolled at Drexel University and they do not offer Petroleum Engineering. I want to become a Petroleum Engineer, but all other schools are closed for admissions except for University of Alaska in Fairbanks. I plan on transferring, possibly, to a better program after a little bit, but I would rather stay in PA at Drexel. My question is, can I major in something other than Petroleum Engineering and transfer out to a different school next Fall or Spring or whatever and major in what I really want to major in?
