Someone please help i cant get a tampon in!?

stand next to the toilet with the toilet lid down. put your right foot on top of the toilet lid and slide in your tampon at a 45 degree angle to the back. are you using plastic or cardboard applicators? i always have problems with cardboard... but just keep trying. you'll get it eventually
